Retorting to the existing market
conditions, Gulati Brothers commenced a manufacturing & export unit,
catering to a chain of clients, who needed a partnership of quality
conscious & competent firm. The company vowed together to supply
in-house developed products, with unsurpassed quality & performance.
The company is catering to
the branded & established players in the field of builder's hardware
& engineering industry. Our partners are trading entities,
manufacturing companies & big retailers who maintain their own span of
well-furnished warehouses and distribution system.
Operations
& Infrastructure
Behind the durable products of
Gulati Brothers lies a trusted & tested infrastructure along with the
state-of-art production unit. The enabled expanse currently consists of
building with a working area of 28000 sq.ft. At present the company is
employing over 100 people. However, the current set up can be still
expanded to accommodate expansion in operations.
A fully developed tool room
is the core of development for any types of products as per customer
requirements on pressed parts, die castings, moldings, fabrications,
assembly products, customized products etc.
The production unit comprises
of stamping presses, assembly machines, capstan lathe & automatic
lathes, MIG & projection welding for production of stamping pressed
parts & turned parts in aluminum, stainless steel, brass, iron
castings mild steel etc..
The finishing unit has a
powder coating, hot dip galvanizing plant & various electro
galvanizing.
The plant has excellent in
house packaging facilities consisting of Skin & blister packaging
setup so as to fulfill the need of quality packaging for the end users.
Such packaging is even carried out on private label as per the customer's
requirements.
Finishing and the superlative
quality are best ensured with various tests such as destructive and
chemical analysis. Right from the raw material stage to the finished
product, test reports can be provided at any stage/process.
The Company possesses skilled
labour & dedicated R & D staffs who constantly strive towards
improvement & innovation. Reducing the fault rate & upgrading the
aesthetic appeal of the products comes naturally to the team.
The Company has well
developed ancillaries attached. It should also be noted that the final
assembly & packaging is done in house to maintain ease of operations,
prompt delivery & product quality.
